2nd Juvenile Arrested for Allegedly Starting Fire at Moreno Valley School

CAL FIRE Investigators arrested a second suspect for allegedly burglarizing and setting fire to a classroom at the Creekside Elementary School on January 8th, 2012.

CAL FIRE Investigators followed up on a lead received by the Riverside County Sheriff's Office on a person of interest; which resulted in the arrest of the 17-year old male. The second suspect was transported to Riverside County Juvenile Hall where he was booked on similar charges as the first suspect, including burglary and arson.

Although CAL FIRE Investigators believe that there are no other suspects involved with this incident; anyone with information regarding this fire and investigation are urged to call the Riverside County Arson Hotline at (800) 633-2836. All calls are confidential and anonymous.
