AFG Workshop Schedules Available

The United States Fire Administration (USFA) will be holding Assistance to Firefighter Grants (AFG) workshops around the country to provide information to those interested in submitting competitive applications to the 2010 AFG program, according to a news release from the USFA.

Representatives from fire departments and non affiliated EMS organizations are invited to attend the free workshops. Information will be presented on program changes, program priorities, eligibility requirements and the application process, according to the release. They will also give general assistance in writing a competitive narrative for the grant application.

Registration is not necessary for the two hour workshops.
