Dallas Firefighters Rescue Homeless Man from Garbage Truck

Suingenser Roosevelt, a 74 year old homeless man, was rescued in Dallas, Texas by firefighters after he became trapped in the rear of a garbage truck. The driver of the vehicle was alerted to Roosevelt when the trash compactor machines were turned on and screams were heard.

Dallas Fire-Rescue firefighters had a tough time rescuing the man, but were successful. Due to a serious shoulder and hip injury, Roosevelt was taken to the hospital via ambulance.
