Dallas Fire-Rescue Arson Investigators arrested a Dallas woman for a 3-alarm apartment fire that occurred on April 05 2011 at 1819 Hickory Street.  The woman was arrested at Fire Department offices and was identified as Angela Denese Green.  Ms. Green got into an argument with one of the occupants at the Spanish Inn Apartments located at 1819 Hickory Street and set the fire with an ignitable liquid.  Ms. Green was arrested by Captain L. Henry and Captain S. Stephenson and charged with Arson, a 1st Degree Felony in this case.

The Texas Penal Code classifies setting fire to a place of habitation as a 1st Degree Felony and is punishable by confinement for life or from five to ninety-nine years and a possible fine not to exceed $10,000.

The Crime Stoppers Program has increased the reward from up $1000.00 to up to $5,000 for tips that lead to the arrest and indictment of person(s) that commit the offense of Arson.  Citizen tips have led to more than $1.8 million in rewards.  If anyone has any information about this case (or others) please call 1-877-373-8477 or go to www.NTCC.CRIMESTOPPERSWEB.COM.
