EMS Road Show Stops in Shreveport

The Shreveport Fire Department (SFD) hosted a traveling road show of EMS equipment Friday at their Central Fire Station. The show began its tour on September 17, 2010 and after hitting six states, will culminate on September 27, 2010 at EMS Expo in Dallas, Texas.

The show is produced by On Assignment Studios and presents the latest ambulance design and EMS equipment. According to a news release from SFD, during the two hour stop there was a demonstration of SJC Industries' SideLoad Ambulance, the only side load design in America, Ferno's Total Safety Solutions, a line of emergency patient handling equipment and patient care innovations from Hartwell Medical.
