The Fire Corps national office is excited to announce that it has added several new features to its web site at www.firecorps.org. This includes changes to the program registration and information system, the introduction of a forum, and a new login area where registered programs can access free members-only resources.

The program registration system has been updated, and existing program profiles and data have been carried over to the new system. However, in order to capture more comprehensive information and better support local program efforts, new profile fields have been added. The contact person for each Fire Corps program is encouraged to login at www.firecorps.org and update your profile to make sure your information is up-to-date and that the national office has all the information that it needs.

One of the highly anticipated features that has been added to the site is an interactive forum. Local programs are encouraged to actively participate in the forum by posting your questions, providing feedback to other programs, sharing your ideas and best practices, and checking in frequently to see what others are saying.

In addition, the Fire Corps site has launched an enhanced members-only section for registered Fire Corps programs. New resources, as well as some of the existing resources, have been moved from the public site to the new login-protected area. As always, registration and access to members-only resources are free. Simply login with your program's username and password, or register your program to create a profile and access the members-only section.

Visit www.firecorps.org to utilize the forum, update your profile, and access the members-only section. There is a login tab at the top of the screen or a blue login box at the bottom of the page. Anyone who has forgotten their username and/or password can use the specified links on the login page to receive the information via email.

Any questions or requests for technical assistance should be directed to info@firecorps.org.
