He continued, "We congratulate Lucas County and the city of Toledo for their technological leadership and look forward to partnering with the county and city fire departments to provide mission critical solutions that help improve public safety operations for their first responders."

The Visual Fire solution is a suite of modules that includes a National Fire Incident Reporting System (NFIRS) 5.0 module, mobile field reporting, training and certification records, hydrant information and structural pre-plans, along with several additional modules that will provide the Lucas County Fire Department and city of Toledo with modern technology to increase operational efficiency throughout the organization.  The ETI solution will also seamlessly integrate with TriTech's Computer-aided Dispatch (CAD) system and Orion's AgencyWeb.
