Minnesota Firefighters Say Goodby to One of Their Own

Firefighters in Cambridge, Minnesota said goodbye to one of their own Saturday. Chip Imker, 35, a volunteer with the Cambridge Fire Department was killed Wednesday after falling six to eight feet onto concrete while training on a rope rescue exercise.

More than 100 emergency vehicles from more than 80 communities led a procession down Main Street to the cemetery.

Imker leaves behind his significant other, Kristen Hill, the mother of his two sons, ages six and eight, his parents and two brothers.
