Reward of $5,600 as Investigators Seek Info on New Years Eve Fire Which Injured Tulsa Firefighter

FireFighter James P. O'Neal was released from OSU Medical Center yesterday, January 5th, 2012 and continues to improve, but investigators have not slowed down in their search for the arsonist. The Fire Marshal for the City of Tulsa is asking the citizens who were in the area on New Years Eve to call in with any information they may have on who set the fire that almost ended in tragedy for the members of the Tulsa Fire Department. Any information on who was in the area or of any suspicious activity may be all Investigators need to bring this person to justice.

The reward as now reached $5600 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible. The Crime Commission Reward of $750 has been added to by donations from the Tulsa Firefighters Local 176, Mayor Bartlett, local business owners, citizens, and even a retired NYFD firefighter living in California.

The Fire Marshal's Office will follow up on all leads and is confidant that someone has the information needed to catch the arsonist. Please call the Arson Hotline at 918-596-2776(ARSN), you can remain anonymous and will receive a code that can be used to collect the reward.
