FEMA Helps California Fight Lockheed Fire
 
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) authorized the use of federal funds to help California fight the Lockheed Fire burning outside of Santa Cruz, California, according to FEMA.
