Congratulations to our [Los Angeles County] Department's Canine Search and Rescue Teams (CST) of Fire Captain Dennis Clark and "Rugby," Fire Captain Bill Monahan and "Hunter" and Fire Captain Andy Olvera and "Stetson," who all received their Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Type II Basic Certification of Search and Rescue in Miami, Florida, the weekend of February 18-19, 2012.
