About The Firefighter Diversity Recruitment Council:
The Council’s sole mission is to keep your pipeline filled with a diversity of candidates while dramatically lowering your recruitment costs. Collaborate with fellow fire organizations and, post testing and job announcements among candidates subscribing to our National Recruit Database. Candidates subscribing to the National Recruit Database receive a wealth of resources to help them become successful recruits. Importantly, they regularly receive job, testing announcements from Fire Departments across the country that are members of the Firefighter Diversity Recruitment Council.

Open to all, this even is of particular relevance and value for Fire Departments and their HR recruitment teams. Given that diversity is a "Top Down" endeavor, Fire Chiefs and Fire Officers are especially urged to attend.
