Bill Lorin is a California native, born in Los Angeles. He has lived in California most of his life, with the exceptions of Colorado and Europe.
He worked for a number of Southern California television and radio stations, including KSDO and KOGO in San Diego and CBS' KNX 1070 Newsradio in Los Angeles.
He received his college education from San Bernardino Valley College and University of Southern California.
He has been honored with several Golden Mikes from the Radio & Television News Association of Southern California.
His interests include music, photography, and mentoring high school and college students seeking careers as broadcast journalists.
